Grief Coaching

Grief touches every part of us, our thoughts, our emotions, even our sense of who we are. It can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times incredibly lonely. You don’t have to carry that on your own.

As a certified grief coach, I offer a gentle, supportive space where you can bring your grief exactly as it is. There’s no expectation, no “right way” to feel, and no pressure to move on or be anything other than where you are right now.

Grief coaching is different from counselling or therapy. It isn’t about diagnosing or analysing you. Instead, it’s about walking alongside you, helping you understand your experience, giving you space to express what’s in your heart, and supporting you as you learn how to live with your grief in a way that feels right for you.

Together, we can:

  • Gently explore what your grief feels like for you
  • Make sense of emotions that may feel overwhelming or hard to name
  • Find small, meaningful ways to cope day to day
  • Help you reconnect with yourself as life continues to change

My journey into this work began during my time in the funeral industry. I had the privilege of supporting families in the immediate days after loss, and I witnessed both the depth of love and the weight of grief people carry. But I also saw how, once the funeral was over, many were left to navigate their grief on their own.

That stayed with me.

I knew I wanted to offer something more, a space where people could continue to be supported, heard, and gently guided as they move through their own unique grief journey.

This is that space.

You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to come as you are.
