I would highly recommend Nicky facilitated the funeral for my late father. I found Nicky to be very professional in searching background history, what kind of a person my father was like, his interests, family, pictures, music etc to help Nicky, honour the departed when facilitating the service…I couldn’t have wished for better…Nicky really done us proud.

After the very unexpected death of my husband I was at a complete loss of what to do regarding his funeral. Nicky guided me through the options and made it very easy at such a difficult time with empathy and compassion and also a little bit of light heartedness which was sorely needed but always very respectful. The day of my husband’s funeral came, and I can only say how well the Service of Neil’s life went and Nicky who took the service got everything I had told her about Neil spot on there wasn’t a dry eye in the house but in a good way, everyone commented on what a lovely service it was.

In a time of high emotion Nicky and the whole team were professional and efficient and managed the whole situation with tact and incredible sensitivity. When Nicky came to my house she was just lovely and guided me gently, leading up to the funeral she was always quick to respond to queries and help me in times of stress- I just want to say a huge thanks for making a difficult day just that bit easier
